Semi-Private Eyes
Report: Clemens’ attorney hires private eyes to study McNamee
Roger Clemens’ lawyer has hired private investigators in an attempt to challenge the credibility of Brian McNamee, who has claimed to have injected Clemens with steroids, a lawyer familiar with the matter told The New York Times.
How effective can a private eye be if the whole world knows what they’re doing?

Grand Central Terminal
As far as I can remember, today was the first day I ever stepped into Grand Central Terminal. I was told it was odd since I’m a New Yorker, but I grew up on Long Island and now I live on the west side. That’s all Penn Station, including my Amtrak trips. It’s amazing how nice Grand Central is compared to Penn. Penn supposedly used to have a nice look as well, and some older shots in the Wikipedia article and Google Image Search seem to confirm.
The reason for my monumental first trip wasn’t actually trip-related, it was just to nab some food of all things. The “food court” matches the look, and is also a few notches nicer than the typical food you’d find in a train station.

The Slow Monster
I might as well make another Cloverfield monster post, following up my last one. Someone took the trailer and made it real sloooow.
